As part of our recruitment services, we offer a one shop concept, from vacancy announcement to placement stage. After the company shares its vacancy requirements with us, we launch the recruitment process. We conduct all preliminary stages which are:
- to announce vacancy;
- to review candidates’ applications/CVs;
- to organize exams if they are required;
- to conduct Skype or face-to-face interview in order to assess their experience and competencies for the position.
As a last selection stage, we will organize an interview between selected candidates and employer. After the company selects the suitable candidate, we organize a pre-departure meeting in order to provide information on company values and corporate culture, as well as the country, if the vacancy is in another country.
