B2B Sales Manager /Commercial Department/ Baku, Azerbaijan

Skills Knowledge :

Graduate university degree. Major in Information Technology or Business Administration is strong advantage;
Successful 3-years sales experience in corporate sector is an advantage;
Fluency in written and spoken English is preferred;
Knowledge of IT market;
Confident and highly self-motivated, with strong entrepreneurial skills;
A good personality, professional conduct, articulate, good communication skills and a quick learner;
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced work environment;
Ability to problem-solve and excellent organizational skills;
Ability to work independently and cooperatively with team members;
Proficiency in hardware, software, other technology tools, and office equipment;
Strong leadership skills, result-oriented

Responsibilities :

Dealing with customer’s network;
Customer’s database maintenance, searching for new customers in B2B segment;
Active sale;
Manage proposal pricing negotiations and closure process;
Create and implement successful sales strategies, establish new name customers;
Identify key target customers and work closely with them to articulate the benefits and advantages of company services.
Build and maintain strong, effective relationships;
Carrying out presentations and negotiations;
Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion;
Participation in market analysis;
Participation in stock planning;
Cooperation with purchasing, marketing and logistics departments

Requirements :

Ability and willingness to constant  learning. Perseverance in achieving goals, good analytical skills, results orientation, ability to make independent decisions and take responsibility
